When will my order ship and when will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1-3 days following order placement, with an estimated delivery of 4 business days. 

 For specific information or reach out to sales11@amikon.cn  if you have questions about an order you placed. 

Please note that, where there is a lead time, the lead time is an estimate only; if you need your item by a firm 

deadline, please contact us at sales11@amikon.cn prior to order placement and we can provide a definite 

range of product delivery.

Product Availability

AMIKON Limited aims to provide transparency into product availability and expected lead time. With our 

distributor-of-distributors model, we cannot always predict exact availability. To that end, we have indicated

 on the page of each product the expected lead time. That expected lead time may update several times a 

day given our knowledge at the time for that specific product. Further, stated quantities and availability are

 based on best-available-knowledge at the time. In rare occasions inventory levels may be inaccurate. 

Where inaccurate and a customer has already placed an order for such a unit, we typically notify and refund

 the customer within 1 hour of order placement where applicable but sometime
