The IC698CPE040 features a Pentium-M microprocessor loaded with 64 MB of user memory and 64 MB of user flash.  Just like any other RX7i CPU, IC698CPE040 is configured to perform real time control of devices, processes, and material handling structures. A rack-mounted backplane facilitates communication between IC698CPE040, I/O, and smart option modules via the VME64 Standard format. Embedded Ethernet ports facilitate communication between IC698CPE040, the programmer, and different HMI devices.
