The DS3800HPTK is a gate driver for the Mark IV Speedtronic line by General Electric (GE). The DS3800HPTK has fifteen long grey resistors that are rated for eighteen Ohms give or take five percent and are rated for ten watts. There are ten other resistors that are color banded to tell their current capacity. The DS3800HPTK has thirteen various colored diodes. The DS3800HPTK has three capacitors ranging from small to very large. There is also a large glass fuse. The DS3800HPTK also has a small red LED. There is a small blue Potentiometer or variable resistor. A variable resistor allows the worker to regulate the amount of energy the board receives. There are thirteen metal connector prongs around the board. There is also a small blue box with metal prongs inside and two black clips on the top.
