DS3800HMPF is a Microprocessor board developed by General Electric under Mark IV series. This board functions as a controller module for the Speedtronic system.
The Mark IV was the first of these systems to use three controller modules to vote on all data before it was used for outputs.

This is an HMP controller card. Other controller examples include HRMA, HPRA, HXPC, HAIA, NTCA, NVCA, and HSAA boards. These function with communicator modules in a C, RST format, with the R, S, and T boards being independent of one another but identical in terms of inputs, outputs, and power supply.
