DESCRIPTION：

The DS3800HDDA  is a GE Mark IV component designed to be used as part of the Mark IV GE Speedtronic system.  The Mark IV was the first Speedtronic system to offer a triple modular redundant architecture that allowed repairs and board replacement to occur on the system without the need for a significant shutdown. 
The DS3800HDDA  is designed to work in conjunction with other Mark IV components.  Most of these boards communicate with each other through backplane connectors and through wired connections that use plugged cables rather than screw-type connectors.  This transition to plug cabling enables quicker management and maintenance of parts. 
The DS3800HDDA functions as a display driver board.  It is a small PCB that has been factory drilled in each corner two times.   The center of the board is populated with lines of integrated circuits while three of the board’s four edges include right-angled connectors.  Other board components include resistors, capacitors, and several LED indicators mounted on wires above the board’s surface.
