HarmonyOS is a micro-kernel-based, full-distribution distributed OS that scales as needed to achieve a wider range of system security, primarily for the Internet of Things, featuring low latency, even to milliseconds or even sub-milliseconds.

Hongmeng OS realizes modular coupling, which can be flexibly deployed for different devices. Hongmeng OS has three layers of architecture, the first layer is the kernel, the second layer is the basic service, and the third layer is the program framework.

It can be used on a variety of different devices such as large screens, PCs, and automobiles.Also it can be used on the phone at any time, but temporarily Huawei mobile phone is still preferred to use Android.
